  Perfect for exercising and relaxing. I want to go back for the spa experience

  Liked: The hotel has an excellent setting for sports: indoor pool, gym, padel courts, tennis courts (including indoor ones), football pitches, and it's also 20 meters from a cycle path, allowing you to cycle/run/walk to Fafe or, in the opposite direction, Guimarães. Perfect for physical activity. I didn't try the spa but I'd love to go back:) The breakfast was quite varied and there was plenty of space.

  Disliked: The devil is in the details, and in this case, the details are the bathrooms and pool changing rooms, which urgently need maintenance. On the second day, the pool was also inside the changing room; you couldn't even use the bathrooms. It's unpleasant and doesn't match the hotel's standard. The food in the restaurant wasn't fantastic either. Perhaps it was just bad luck with the choice of dishes.

  For a 4 star hotel real bad. Lost is glory

  Liked: The hotel was very dirty, the room smells cigarette smoke. Lots of issues

  Disliked: - dirty (including one of the rooms smell bad at Cigarette smoke) - food was poor (breakfast only - I couldn’t even have a proper coffee - Machine was broken) dinner was ok - the waiters was terrible at the services and not very polite

  Don't stay here. Not worth to spend any cent here!

  Disliked: Quality of the beds very poor, we both woke up with back ache, Poor quality of pillows. Air conditioning was not working on 2nd night, called reception nobody got phone. At the reception we were informed that use of spa was not included in our stay. No extractor fan and hooks for clothes in bathroom. Smell of dust in bathroom. Despite of staying 4 days all padle courts were fully booked!
