Exceptional
Liked: The silence and the view Lovely and comfortable
Disliked: Suggestion for improvement: It wasn't exactly easy to find the place at first... the sign with the name could be larger and more visible... at night, the turn-off to our address features four other house numbers that all reflect car headlights—except for number 33, which is our address—making it difficult to find the way if you don't know the area.
Thoroughly enjoyable
Liked: Great location, great views, wonderful hosts, great recommendations, Loule just down the road, good restaurants -15 mins to beach
Disliked: All good
Perfect accommodation for a relaxing break
Liked: Peaceful location and fabulous host
Disliked: Nothing
Delightful, will go back. Would recommend
Liked: Delightful hosts, charming and helpful and not at all intensive. Lovely pool, pool house and well equipped “kitchen”, good fridge. Comfortable poolside furniture. Fabulous outlook down to the coast. Good breakfast, excellent scrambled eggs - always a test! Really well decorated room, pleasing to the eye. Comfortable bed, lots of storage, hanging space and drawers. Move little terrace outside the bedroom door. Good towels and face cloth. Lots of hot water. The whole place is immaculately kept.
Disliked: The bath was too short for me to lie in - I’m 5’2”. The over bath shower, which has good water pressure, is a tap handset with two wall fix positions, it is very difficult to avoid getting water on the floor. I think we would have preferred no bath and a good walk in shower - but that is a subjective opinion. The bedside tables, although a very good design feature that I did admire, were a little impractical and didn’t allow for a book and/or my water glass as well as the bedside lamp. Small things.
Thoroughly enjoyed our stay, would definitely recommend. Will be visiting again
