  In Love with Loule

  Liked: Great location in a cute town. Easily walkable to the local market and restaurants. Apartment is huge with a great balcony out front. If you have a big family, this place would be great for long stays. Full kitchen. AC in every room. Quiet area. Code entry makes it very convenient for everyone.

  Disliked: I didn't realize that only the bottom apartment had access to the courtyard in the pics.

  A large, clean, and spacious apartment with comfortable beds

  Liked: We arrived much earlier than expected but had the luck to check inn around noon. The apartment is very big, so suitable for a at least 4 persons. It is completely renovated and very clean. There is a large tv, was able to login on Netflix, great for a bad weather evening. The beds were comfortable and there is heating... which we needed as it was a cold Februari day and the apartment is very well isolated, which is great in the summer is guess. It's just a 5min walk from Loulé market, restaurants and coffee bars.

  Disliked: The apartment is situated along a busy traffic road, during the day it is noisy but it quiets down completely after 10 PM. A small suggestion: adding a cozy, atmospheric lamp in the living room and opting for softer light bulbs in the bedside.

  No human interaction equals wasted holiday time with a call centre

  Liked: The size of the apartment and the washing machine with a dryer were very helpful, especially since our luggage was lost. This was a great help during the first two days of our extended stay at this property. The kitchen was well-equipped, with one complimentary washing pill for the dishwasher. When we asked for a few more for the extra day of our stay, we were told they were complimentary, as well as the toilet paper.

  Disliked: Parking in this place is very difficult; all the small towns in Portugal seem to have the same problem. The lack of interaction and communication just wasted our time, starting with trying to open a door with the smart handle from inside (there are no instructions on the door or information sent to us, as if everyone needs to know how to operate smart handles). We booked an extra night due to the lost suitcase matter, and on the extra day, we were called multiple times to check out, and no one checked the same names on the extra reservation, etc. While arriving late at night, the codes to the doors were changed, and they didn’t send them to us again, so we spent an extra 30 minutes trying to check in again. We left a child's small purse in the bedroom's closet, not to forget on the hanger, and we forgot, but it was not found. Instead, they called us about some other guest's lost keys... one big communication mess. Our stay could have been so much easier and better if internal communications with the cleaning lady and booking agents were working. We would reconsider staying there again, only if we were desperate.

  Great Breaky, amazing location and comfy bed

  Liked: Air con was amazing, it was 40+ degrees and we had to get some rest from that heat. The place was beautiful, very clean, comfy and cool. The bathrooms were spot on, very clean and the shower was the rain shower which I love.

  Disliked: TV wasn't connected to an aerial and we had 4 channels.... We needed more pillows and towels, we asked for them but they never arrived. Bins, oh my god we had to walk a mile to find a bin to throw away the rubbish...
