  Nice villa with good pool and bedrooms

  Liked: Quiet location with good pool and nice villa

  Disliked: Welcome pack would be a nice addition as well as options for disabled people. Neighbour was very rude Threatening to set the dogs on us if we look at his villa neighbouring the side of where we were staying

  Green dirty pool, rude staff

  Disliked: We had a terrible experience with this villa. The pool was an absolute mess, water was thick green sludge you could not see the bottom. It has clearly not been cleaned in a long time and was not safe to swim in. When we raised this to the staff they were unhelpful and rude, hung up on us and asked us to stop contacting them. They then asked us to leave villa as we were asking for them to get a pool cleaner in asap. They refused to apologies throughout and we on the second day of our trip we had the stay cancelled at 4pm with nowhere to stay. Really terrible customer service to say the least. We would not have booked this stay if we knew the pool was not usable. Staff did not seem to want to help us at all and only began to reply when asking us to leave. Villa itself was nice but really let down by cleanliness and staff.

  Disliked: Don’t bother booking if you want your damage depoit back its been over 2 weeks and still no deposit refunded (the company even messaged me after my stay to say everything is in order and a refund will show in 14 days) when you messaged you just get fobbed off Unfortunately i didn’t look at their reviews on truspilot before booking

  Fantastic villa

  Liked: Lovely pool and gardens. The size of all the rooms was excellent. Beautiful furnishings. Overall, the property was very clean and bright and presented very well. Good security as most windows and doors had shutters, which can be easily locked when you go out. Full size fridge freeze (ice dispenser didn't work). More than a home from home. In a quiet area but there are some neighbouring properties. You'll need a car to get to the shops. Good communications with the owners throughout our stay and they offered to put right most problems immediately had we wanted.

  Disliked: Cleanliness of some of the plates and cutlery. Lack of cleaning equipment and basic essentials for cooking. The air conditioning stopped working very early on, but as it wasn't unbearably hot outside, it wasn't a big issue. Some of the plants leading down to the rear of the property are overgrown and scrape along the side of the car, making it a little disconcerting and worrying when you have a hire car. There is no safe in the villa.
