  Beautiful well maintained house and definitely wound recommend to anyone!

  Liked: A lovely house to stay, with all the facilities, including pool towels etc. The views are amazing!

  Disliked: As with everywhere in Madeira a hire is recommended however the views are amazing!

  Christmas holidays

  Liked: The house is very spacious, and kitchen is very well equipped. The BBQ facility was great. The view of the ocean and the city from balcony were amazing. Multiple towels, dishwasher, washing machine and dryer. The location is pretty central, and you can shortly get to Funchal and many attractions on the island.

  Disliked: The beds were hard. It was pretty cool at December at the house, outside it was warmer. Unfortunately the pool and the weather were too cold (weather was 19 C top) and we couldn't really enjoy it.

  A great villa to share with family and friends

  Liked: Key box easily found and opened to gain access, great size property with fantastic amenities/utilities. The host met us a couple of hours later to show us how things worked and was very freindly. The washing machine was used and appreciated and the pool provided hours of entertainment for the kids. Views were very good indeed and you could sit and watch planes come and go from Funchal airport with it being far enough away that the noise wasn't an issue. The kitchen near the pool is a great asset and we used the barbecue and pizza oven (a pizza peel would be beneficial, this was not provided). The pool was cleaned and well maintained and the property was spotlessly clean. The lounge was enormous!

  Disliked: The property is at the top of a very steep hill so a hire car is a must (with plenty of power), or the use of a taxi. The second lounge seems unnecessary and it would work better as an additional bedroom in my opinion, I think this would attract more guests, the ground floor lounge room is huge and more than sufficient!

  Liked: Well appointed with all mod cons Spacious Clean Brilliant views Excellent host Great pool & pool room. 2 lounges Lovely balcony

  Disliked: Access was via a very steep street - unwalkable uphill Found it impossible to get taxis to go to & from property for airport due to close proximity, ended up having to walk to airport at 3am!
