Think twice before you book but better to avoid!!
Liked: Hmm.. actually not much:( maybe the distance to city is not too long
Disliked: The photos don't show what this apartment looks like now. Its best days are long behind it. It needs a complete renovation! Dirty and worn, the kitchen utensils have marks from other guests, everything is sticky, the terrace is unusable, and the bathroom and rooms are damp! There are tons of insects and spider webs. Like nobody clean over there. We spend over 2 weeks in Madeira, had 4 different accomodation there and this was the baddiest.... We really wanted to left after first night I travel a lot, and this was our worst stay yet. I've even had much better experiences in Asia and Africa.: ) I don't recommend it to anyone! Avoid this place!
Liked: Everything you need in an apartment and a great location.
Disliked: The parking was awkward but then again it's Madeira and parking is the same in most places.
Great apartment in convenient location
Liked: Great apartment with lots of space and facilities. Advantage to have a dryer for rainy days
Disliked: No plug for the bath or bathroom sinks - why is that with places? We bring a travel plug with us which is something I suggest every traveller has just in case. Also the picture of the nice view from the balcony rather misleading - you needed to be 6ft 5in or get into the far corner to see it
Very good location. Great place
Liked: Very good location, close to a center, a beach, a main road, a shop and restaurants. Two separate bathrooms makes it perfect for two couples traveling together. Very friendly and fast reacting host. Garage in the same building with an elevator, what helps to handle luggage. Everything was ok, no problems.
Disliked: An entrance to the garage and parking a car can be challenging in case of bigger cars. But it Madeira;-) so you may have many chances to practice hill roads.
Liked: The apartment was spacious, clean and well equipped. Beds were comfortable. Communication with Keith was always good and timely. Location is the best. Walking distance from the beach.
