Very good
Liked: The location is incredible, the views are stunning and the staff were really nice. Nice breakfast too.
Liked: The hotel is right in the heart of Monsanto. A stylish room with a beautiful view from the window.
Disliked: The hotel is not easy to find. Google Maps directs you to the next street, and since the walk is uphill, this is a little tiring. The hosts communicate with you only through Booking.com, which is fine. Breakfast is very basic and served in the room. Of course, having breakfast on the balcony is lovely in good weather, but it was cold out there during my stay. I wouldn’t recommend paying for breakfast.
Liked: The location was wonderful. The hotel was a little tricky to find, but the friendly locals helped us find our way. The hotel itself was absolutely charming, with furnishings beautifully in keeping with its historic character. It felt as though we had travelled back in time and stepped into a fairy tale. The balcony offered a breathtaking view of the sunset.
