Disliked: The hill was tough for my wife and son to walk up, but it was fine for me. Ideal if you have a car or get an uber up the hill.
Excellent holiday rental in Nazare!
Liked: This apartment was one of the nicest places we've stayed in Europe, and the best place we've stayed in Portugal. From beginning to end, the service was exceptional, the views were breathtaking and the unit was squeaky clean and well appointed. The bed was comfortable, the linens were of excellent quality, and the kitchen had everything you needed and then some. We cooked breakfast daily and loved our view while eating at the spacious table. The large tv was nice and great to play music on YT. All the appliances were in working order and seemed pretty new. There was storage galore and the water pressure was excellent. There was plenty of hot water as well. During our stay, it was quite chilly at night and in the morning so we took the chill off with a boost from the very good split units. The hosts were enormously thoughtful and generous with their time and help. We had a car and used a public garage as there is no parking here, which we knew upon booking. It was totally worth the extra parking fee to have such an exceptional place to enjoy the lovely city of Nazara and surrounding area.
Disliked: We would have loved to stay longer than a week at this fabulous place!
Perfect Place!
Liked: The apartment was clean and comfortable with a great location and phenomenal view. Great for 2 couples or families. Everything was as described and pictured. Great accomodation.
Disliked: Nothing!
Liked: The views were outstanding, and it was very comfortable.
Disliked: It was not stocked well for casual visitors. For example, there was no soap in the shower. You are required to wash your dishes (no problem there) but there was barely any dish soap at the kitchen sink and none for the dishwasher. Our GPS was not functioning for some reason and it is nearly impossible to find the apartment without GPS.
Great View of Nazare
Liked: The view is spectacular and the apartment is spacious. The kitchenette is small, but functional. Street parking was always available out front.
Disliked: The mattresses were comfortable, but the bedding could be improved. Check-in instructions didn't clarify that the apartment was on the second floor of the building. Steep walk back from town.
