WARNING HEALTH HAZARD

Disliked: WARNING HEALTH HAZARD DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL. I had to leave 20 minutes after I arrived due to an asthma attack. This hotel should be closed, it is a health hazard to everyone who enters. The hotel was disgusting, dirty, falling apart and covered in black mold. The rooms had mold all over the stained, broken walls. The floors were unswept and covered in a thick layer of dirt and grime. The bedsheets were dirty, damp and had a sickening smell of mildew. The toilet seat was broken and caused my fiance to fall and hurt herself. The power outlets were not secured to the wall and shocked me when i tried to disconnect my charger. The balcony door did not lock and was connected to the neighboring room with only a waist high wall that anyone could cross and enter our room raising safety concerns. Anyone could access our room while we slept, or in the middle of the day and steal our belongings. I waited in line at the receptionist while two other groups complained about their rooms and left without staying. When I raised my concerns to the receptionist they told me that what I experienced was common. They couldn't change our room because all the rooms were just as bad. They refused to give us a refund saying only the owner could approve it, but he refuses to accept calls from the hotel because he didn't want to deal with the guests. Save your health and your money and book elsewhere. I am still waiting to hear back from the owner about any type of reimbursement.
But overall i got for what i paid for its beachfront close to everywhere and everything might be needed
Liked: When i arrive i didn’t like my room was too small even though i were there alone so i ask for change and next day when it was possible they exchanged it for spacious room with breathtaking views of the beach so was really nice from the staff they were helpful to find solution and make my stay there too enjoyable
Disliked: Bed wasn’t so comfortable but view from bed to the waves of ocean make it less painful so depend of what you looking for 🙃
