  Definitely worth the short walk to stay here

  Liked: Very quiet, very comfortable and very clean. Staff were amazing. Got us some breakfast early so we could head out on the Camino early and she even drove us over to the Camino to avoid roads and heavy traffic.

  Disliked: Nothing. Maybe a bit off the Camino but not a problem at all

  A great stay, but difficult to walk to the location

  Liked: I had agreat experiencere when I was at Encosta. The whole environment is very nice. The bar/cafe area is very welcoming. The room was very nice. It was spacious, clean, and bright. I was able to get English channels, which is big when you are traveling. The minus is that Encosta is not in Ponte De Lima Center. It is actually in Arcozello. The only way to get there means that Pilgrims have to walk down a 4 lane highway to get there for about 30 minutes, which made me very stressed. Maria, one of the owners, understood. Her son speaks English. He helped me. After a shower, and relaxing, I went downstairs to find a place for dinner. There is nothing directly in the area without going down a highway, so I had potato chips and some red wine for dinner! Breakfast the following morning was like a 5 star hotel. Delicious, beautiful, a wonderful way to start the day. Then, Maria kindly drove me to a church, which was the start of the Camino to the next stage. In terms of price, it was a bit high for what it was, but the breakfast and Maria's kindness made up for it! Thank you, Maria!

  Disliked: The location was not in Ponte de Lima as stated, which made it difficult and stressful to get to.
