  Liked: The beds were comfortable, the air conditioning worked well, and the bathroom and shower were fine. The location was quite convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions and beaches by car. Breakfast was reasonably good.

  Disliked: The biggest disappointment was the dinner included in our half-board package. We paid extra for half-board, expecting decent meals, but the food was absolutely terrible. The selection was extremely limited, and the quality was very poor. We were travelling with three children, and there was practically nothing suitable for our family to eat. Even water was not included with dinner and had to be purchased separately. Already on the very first day, I raised this issue with the hotel staff and asked to cancel the half-board package, switch to breakfast only, and refund the difference. Unfortunately, the hotel refused and made no effort to find a reasonable solution. As a result, every single evening we had to drive into town and pay for dinner at restaurants, despite having already paid for dinner at the hotel. What made the experience even more disappointing was the hotel’s unwillingness to accommodate a reasonable request from a family with three children. We were not asking for anything unreasonable — simply not to be charged for meals that we could not eat. Very disappointing food quality, poor customer service, and absolutely no flexibility. I would strongly advise families against booking the half-board package at this hotel.

  Restful holiday

  Liked: Very nice place, quiet, remote from touristy buzz. Excellent facilities; spacious room, well equipped kitchenette. The hotel is very clean. The stuff is amazing, polite, friendly, helpful.
