A well kept and tastily equipped apartment located in a peaceful and serene estate

Liked: Nice apartment. Very clean. Beautifully decorated and well provided with amenities. Located in Oasis Parque, which is an approx. 30 year old estate development, but still expanding. This apartment most likely dates back to the start of the development but is well maintained. We liked the upkeep of Oasis Parque too. It gives an overall peaceful and serene feeling. It is very centrally located to all that Portimao has to offer, like, large XL grocery stores, markets, Decatlon and the main malls (all within ± 3 km). Being winter and fairly cold, the large (±18m) heated indoor pool and excellent jacuzzi was a blessing. Again extremely well maintained and clean.

Disliked: Being an older dwelling, there is no central heating, as is typical for that time period. Three portable electric heaters are provided to heat the rooms you stay in. Furthermore, these houses and apartments do not have any ventilation at all (inbuilt, natural nor mechanical), and are therefore very humid inside. The walls are moist saturated, the windows are wet from the inside and your towels will not dry at all. Many owners have installed AC systems that improve the health and wellbeing inside to some extent, and this is a strong suggestion for this owner to consider. It would bring the score to a close 10 out of 10.
