  Everything you need is in this apartment or right outside from it

  Liked: Easy to find and access and very central. Beautiful beach view from the balcony. Super market around the corner.

  Disliked: The pool area could be a little better. More sun chairs and decors would fix that.

  Liked: Our apartment was as exactly as it was shown on booking.com and was fully equipped for our 5 week stay, including cooking utensils, blender, differentcoffee brewing options, vacume, broom and dust pan. Housekeeping came once a week to clean the shower, sink, toilet,floors and changed the bed. It was easy to keep things looking good and fresh! The lobby and elevators were regularly mopped and smelling fresh as well. Our apartment was in a great location and anything we needed, Claudia was taking care of it.

  Disliked: Sometimes the bathroom emitted odors, I do believe some construction work was being done in the apartments and did see some plumbing pipes on another floor, so im guessing plumbing was being replaced so perhaps the odor would come from this.

  Liked: The location was excellent. Close to the beach and walking distance to everything I needed.

  Disliked: There was a small bed by the entrance which took up space. A chest of drawers and a shoe rack would have been more useful.

  overall had a wonderful stay

  Liked: good location all facilities very good, felt secure, office a stones throw if you need help. very clean, always had hot water, good shower. arrivals after 9pm you get sent the code for entry into building, and also to retrieve key from box on wall outside apt door, if doing this method, you have to pay the €400 deposit immediately, otherwise you just collect key from the office just across the road. beach access just a stones throw, down 78 steps. Also had a good supermarket right below the apts. I would say about a 4min walk to the bus stop for the local city loop bus which would take you to portimao town. €1.65 ticket. quite cheap.We stayed in the “love apt, on the 9th floor.

  Disliked: i feel if you are going to be charged (deducted from deposit) for over use of electricity, it should be made more clear, and a smart meter to help know how much you are using. I believe the allowed usage was €60 a month. air con will eat up quickly into that allowance. I will update if my deposit got deducted.
