  Very good a couple of small issues but they were sorted straight away

  Cockroaches in the apartment and NO response from the property when we needed help

  Disliked: Unfortunately, this was a very disappointing stay. The most serious issue was discovering cockroaches inside the apartment. We took photographs documenting what we found. The experience was made significantly worse by the fact that we could not reach the property when we needed assistance. We attempted to contact them when we first arrived because we were having difficulty getting in but were unable to get a response. We had to wait over an hour for a random tenant in the building to let us in. Then, after discovering the cockroaches, we again tried to contact the property immediately to report the problem, but could not reach anyone. We contacted Booking.com for assistance, but Booking.com was also unable to reach the property. This left us in the very frustrating position of having a serious issue with the accommodation and no one from the property available to address it. Finding multiple cockroaches in an accommodation is unacceptable. What was even more concerning was the lack of communication and inability to get anyone to respond when we were actively trying to resolve the problem. There were other issues with the stay as well, but the cockroaches and the lack of response from the property were by far the most concerning. I would not stay here again and cannot recommend this property based on our experience.

  Liked: Was very close to the beach and city center and the same time quiet enough

  Disliked: Sleeping places...bedroom... matters have to be change ASAP... leaving room couch for sleeping is 3 for 10.

  A Beautiful, Modern Apartment by the Sea!

  Liked: We had a fantastic stay at this apartment in Portimão! The place was modern, spotless, and very well maintained, making it perfect for a relaxing getaway. One of the highlights for us was the two terraces, we absolutely loved starting each morning with a coffee on the balcony while enjoying the beautiful ocean view. It was such a peaceful and memorable experience. The location was also excellent, just a short walk from the beach, which made everything even more convenient. We truly enjoyed every moment of our stay and would happily come back again!

  Nice apartment clean but could improve bathroom dated location excellent ut

  Disliked: The host was impossible to deal with we arrived as agreed at 10pm and despite asking g several times during the day of arrival we received no instructions on how to get into the apartment we were left standing outside in the dark and cold trying to get her to answer us she then behaved as if she was surprised we were there even though we had written confirmation of the time of check in from her, the apartment was freezing cold when we did eventually get in after 10 or 12 minutes of back and forth after which she unlocked the door from her remote location which she could have done in the first place. I can’t stress enough how poor this lady is at communicating she just complete ignores emails. The instructions we received got us in through the main gate and after that nothing, instructions on how to use the room safe but there was no safe, the shower is over the bath and while it works perfectly fine there is a screen fitted the whole length the bath and it has a high sharp edged lip on it it’s dangerous and needs to be sorted before someone gets badly hurt one of us injured a toe badly on it. The place was comfortable and well equipped it was clean enough but could definitely have been better
