  Pleasant stay, not sure I’d return as supposed to be 5*

  Liked: Relaxing vibe, nice choice of activities and food lovely

  Disliked: Poor welcome from the night porter, told no food at 9.50pm when we arrived despite a 24 hour room service offering. Breakfast service a bit hit and miss. Had to go and find a server to order tea and coffee, ordered breakfast on arriving at the door, didn’t arrive - so there service doesn’t really work well.

  We loved this hotel and will be back 🔥

  Liked: All very relaxing and a real chance to quieten body and mind 💕

  Disliked: I think guests should be required to keep phones on silent in public areas, leave pool/restaurant/cafe areas to make & receive calls and ABSOLUTELY ZERO TOLERANCE of clients playing music/videos OUT LOUD poolside/common areas. 🤷‍♀️

  Liked: This place is a core part of my year to visit and to completely relax! The staff are always so incredibly nice but also really chilled out and genuinely just a lovely bunch of people. The hotel is always in incredible nick: it's clean, organised, tidy and radiates relaxation all around.

Health & Wellness Clinic; Spa; and Detox & Relax wet area circuit: Monday to Saturday from 10:00 until 19:00; and Sunday from 10:00 until 18:00;

Gym: every day 24/7.

Please note that the usage of flip-flops at the interior swimming pool is mandatory.
