  Excellent location, first class service, but noisy outside

  Liked: The staff were superb, courteous, efficient and friendly; the pools and other facilities were excellent and we were pleased with our choice of accommodation.

  Disliked: There was only one negative: the noise from the road outside was very loud and intrusive. Motor bikes, in particular, were the noisiest we have heard outside of a race track. This is not, of course, in any way the fault of the complex's management.

  Liked: There was a water problem which wasn’t their fault. But we at least expected a proper communication or some provision like providing water bottles.there was no water since the midnight we arrived until the next day 4pm and with the baby it was so inconvenient.even after requesting for water bottles so many times, they didn’t provide it. And didn’t even keep us informed. Didn’t give us option to leave the hotel. With 15months old it was inconvenient. The room cleaning service was very bad as they didn’t make up the room or cleaned it. No bathroom cleaning or any other room. Bed wasn’t made, floor wasn’t mopped. They kept the towels on toilet seat instead of the empty hangers. Overall this was the worst experience I had with jay hotel till now. And this was my first trip with my 15months toddler.

  Liked: there is 24 hour reception and secured parking. it is good and safe for family and individual to stay there.

  Disliked: the furniture and decoration can be more modern and better quality such as the mattress is not comfortable for staying over 2 days and have back pain

Please note that 30% of the total amount will be charged anytime after booking. The remaining amount will be charged within 5 days before the arrival.

Restaurant Oceano Atlantico is open daily for breakfast (07:30 to 10:00), lunch (12:30 to 14:00) and dinner (19:00 to 22:00). Oceano Atlântico Bar is open throughout the day from 10:00 to 14:00 and from 18:00 to 00:00.

The Pool Bar is open from the 15th of June to the 15th of September, from 14:00 to 18:00.

Guests will have free access to the modern fitness room between:

- 07.30 and 17:00 from Monday to Friday;

- Saturdays from 10:00 until 14:00;

- Sundays and Holidays from 10.00 until 13:00.

Access to the fitness room is always accompanied by a monitor, when required. Individual training programs, group sessions lead by specialized instructors and other custom services are available, at an extra fee.

Please note that limited parking spaces are available in front of the hotel, free of charge.

Please note that the indoor swimming pool is available between 10:00 and 19:00.

Please note that the indoor swimming pool is closed on the 25th December.

Please note that the credit card used to make and prepay the reservation must be presented at check-in together with the card holder photo identification. In case these are not presented upon arrival, the full payment will be requested at check-in and the deposit previously made will be refunded to the same credit card used for payment.

Please note that the restaurant is closed on the 24th and 25th of December.

Please note that towels and linen are changed twice a week.

When booking half board or full board, note that drinks are not included.In the event of an early departure, the property will charge you the full amount for your stay.
