  Quiet stay close to the harbour

  Liked: The apartment was spacious and had good light. Plus you could park directly in front of the apartment. The terrace was fantastic.

  Very enjoyable stay

  Liked: Location. Easy walking distance to old Portimão, riverside, restaurants. Able to park car outside property. Helpful neighbours.

  Obrigado, Christina and Mario! (my grandmother's name was Christina)

  Liked: This is out 4th trip to Portimao and the accomodation was the best yet. We like the location near the museum, and a pleasant walk along the river to downtown. There is a very friendly mercado 30 steps from the door. Bed was comfortable, but a bit low for me (83 yrs), Furniture was also comfortable. We didn't use the terrace much due to Storm Martinho, but enjoyed it when we ventured, Mario was quick to fix a small problem we had with the heat. There is a separate heater in the bedroom too!

  Disliked: My wife complained about the lack of a dishwasher, but all other appliances were supplied and funcrional. The storm dumped a lot of rain and the back hall outside the kitchen is open, so we had to mop up some water by the back door to keep it from coming in, but all the tools were provided.
