Everyone was so friendly and made my stay feel extra special

Liked: I believe the hotel has the best location in the area; you can walk to the pool area or the beach in just minutes. The area also feels very safe for spending the day by the sea—whether you want to read, enjoy some water sports, or simply take advantage of the food and drinks offered at the local restaurants.

Disliked: The area of the hotel where our room was located is old and outdated; there was an unpleasant smell. The housekeeping staff sprayed some kind of product in the room and left the air conditioning running day and night to minimize the odor—it wasn’t a good experience.

Excellent hotel with wonderful staff and views

Liked: The staff from the reception to the breakfast room were friendly and attentive. The facilities and pool were lovely with wonderful views. Excellent breakfast with a lot of options.

Disliked: Prices were high for sandwiches and snacks, it encouraged you to go elsewhere or go to a shop.

Lovely hotel for a return visit!

Liked: Lovely contemporary design, very spacious and beautifully situated near the beach. We were kindly upgraded to a room which had amazing views, spacious and quiet. We loved the long walks along the beach to Alvor and also appreciated the beauty of the coves.

  Disliked: Noting to dislike.
