  Disliked: Unfortunately, my stay was extremely disappointing due to a serious ant infestation in the accommodation. There were ants all over the beds, floors, and my clothing. The situation was unhygienic, distressing, and completely unacceptable. We reported the problem to Reception, who assured us that it would be sorted. However, the only action taken was to leave us a can of insect spray. We were left to deal with the problem ourselves, spraying the affected areas, but this made no difference. The ants continued to appear throughout the accommodation, including on the beds, our clothing. we couldn't sleep all night bcs ants was everywhere. This significantly affected our stay and prevented us from enjoying the accommodation as we had expected. I do not believe it is acceptable for guests to be left dealing with ants infestation themselves after reporting such a serious issue to hotel staff. I have photographic and video evidence showing the extent of the infestation and can provide this to support my complaint.

  Great to go back one last time after many trips with my family and many great memories

  Liked: It’s got everything a family needs all in one place but spread out so you are never on top of each other like in some resorts

  Too pricy for what was offered

  Liked: Location, the view of the ocean, proximity to the beach.

  Disliked: Accommodations were poor inside. Shower curtain was very old and worn down. Poor quality toiletries offered for the price paid. Room needs a complete remodel to charge the price I paid.
