  Excellent Hotel, Excellent Service

  Liked: View, Good food when we arrived late. Lovely friendly kind helpful staff, lovely ground with beautiful planting, large pool with loads of sun loungers.

  Disliked: More fresh fruit at breakfast, alot of tinned fruit.

  stay was very enjoyable gicing good value for money and plenty for kids to do

  Liked: Food was of good quality Cleanliness and service in the restaurants was very good Rooms were excellent Cleaning of rooms very efficient Swimming pool was excellent Activities by pool during the day very varied

  Disliked: Pre-made drinks were disappointing Lack of an A la carte restaurant disappointing Variety of food disappointing, maybe have an omelette station, etc

  Nice hotel for short stay wouldn’t recommend all inclusive nicer restaurants avail in Alvor town centre

  Liked: Ideal location can walk to Alvor main centre in 20mins

  Disliked: All inclusive food menu was poor lacked variety. A lot of fish on the menu. Could definitely do with a change

  Liked: Pool and room was great.

  Disliked: Gym wasn’t open until 9.30 should be 8am at the latest. Breakfast finished at 10. 10.30 would be a lot better to give people time to sleep in as it is supposed to be a holiday.

  Liked: Rooms were spacious and the buffet was great. The access to the beach was also good.

  Disliked: The entertainment was very average and some of the staff weren’t particularly friendly or polite.

  Lovely place with an awesome team. Thank you all for these great days!!!

  Liked: First of all, the staff. Amazing people. Professional while being extremely nice and gentle with the whole family. They were all amazing. When I mean everyone, I mean everyone, reception, cleaning staff, pool animation staff, restaurant and bar people. Really felt very cozy thanks to them.

  Disliked: It's hard... I loved almost everything, maybe the pool could close a bit later like 20h instead of 19h, but I am also sure that you made the studies and there is a reason for it. So, apologies for the comment, but it was the only improvement I could think of.

Please note that guests guests between 0 and 12 years old are considered children. Guests with 13 or older are considered adults.

Children up to 12 (inclusive) are accommodated according to the capacity defined on each room type.

Please note that the SPA facilities, including the indoor hydrotherapy heated pool, sauna, Turkish bath and gym, are subject to additional costs. Children are not allowed. The hotel can be contacted for more specific details.

All Inclusive Program (April to October) features:

- Buffet Breakfast (07:00 - 10:00);

- Morning Snacks (10:30 - 12:00);

- Buffet Lunch (12:30 - 15:00);

- Afternoon Snacks (16:00 - 17:30);

- Buffet Dinner (18:30 - 22:00);

- Selection alcoholic and non-alcoholic local beverages (10:00 - 00:00).

Restaurant, Bar and Pool Bar opened from April to October.

Please note that some of the hotel facilities and services may be subject a surcharge.

Please note that guests must notify Alvor Baia Resort Hotel if they plan to arrive after the day of check-in. The hotel may cancel your reservation if no communication is made until 12:00 of the next day after the expected arrival. This cancellation is not refundable.

Please note that the credit card used to make the reservation must be presented at the time of check-in and must belong to one of the room's guests.

If none of the guests is the holder of the credit card used to make the reservation, an authorisation letter, a copy of the passport or identification of the holder and a copy of the original card, is required at check-in.

Please note that guests that require an invoice in non-refundable reservations, must inform the VAT number, name and address at the time of the reservation using the Special Request box. If this information is not provided, the information cannot be added later.
