  Good for a short stay

  Liked: Good location (10 minutes walk to the beach) and a fantastic view from the 12th floor. The flat is ok, everything matches the description and photos. All appliances work properly. Stable, fast internet. I can’t comment on the garage as they forgot to leave us the remote control (they gave us a code), but every night (mid-May) we had no trouble finding a space on the street, so we didn’t use it at all. Good communication with the host. However, this isn’t quite the level of Spanish hospitality, so don’t expect welcome snacks and be prepared to be asked to wash the dishes and take out the rubbish before you leave.

  Disliked: The flat could do with a bit of a refresh (water leaks from the shower, the bathroom door doesn't close properly, no bedside lamps in the bedroom, the kitchen equipment worn out).

  Liked: View and location were amazing.

  Disliked: The shower tray over flowed, which made the bathroom floor slippy and dangerous. The bathroom door doesn't close properly due to previous water damage from the shower over flow. Insufficient towels for a family of 4. Bedroom door didn't close properly. Construction work going on below and above us through out stay. Guest access to swimming pool was under construction so we had to access from main road. Drying rack was so small and was only able to dry swim suits and a towel, we had to use chairs to dry the rest.

  Beautiful area, but noisy

  Liked: The most amazing views. A balcony to sit and enjoy the sunset. Great location and ample parking. Bed was comfy

  Disliked: Check in was not good Instructions say call when you are 20 minutes out and someone will meet you. We called and were told they would send us a form we must fill out before they would send check in information. We had to pull over in a rest area to complete the forms. This should have been done the day before. The rooms have NO soundproofing, so you will hear everything around and above you. It is a party area and parties were going on around us. Just be aware.

  Lovely apartment with amazing views, spoiled by the very loud construction noise in the apartments above us

  Liked: The view from the balcony was amazing. The apartment was also very clean. Great location.

  Disliked: There was construction work being carried out on 2 apartments above us. The work started at 8am until 7pm Monday to Friday. At times we had to leave the apartment as the noise was unbearable. In the booking information these works were ment to be finished by 28/02/25. We should have been informed about this construction because we would have made alternative arrangements for accommodation. There was information about this work posted in all 5 elevator’s in the building, yet we were not informed by the letting agent. The only 2 days we had without very loud construction noise during our 11 day stay was Saturday & Sunday. Totally unacceptable & had a huge impact on our holiday, very disappointing.

  Quality price but the apartment has been used a lot

  Liked: The location and the views were impressive. The internet wifi service was good. They provide underground parking spot that we really appreciate it. It was close to playa "Do Amado", just 150m from the apartment. The apartment was pretty clean too. The kitchen It's fully equip except the oven. It has hairdryer hanging on the wall in the bathroom. They provide soap and towels and blankets. The bed was made and clean. There are restaurants and a good pizzeria called "Gioconda" that is really nice close.

  Disliked: The apartment It has been used a lot. You can appreciate that It's not new. The bathroom and the shower (hidromassage) were not really good. You can not even hang properly the shower hose. Regarding ilumination, the lights are very poor. They're using old low comsumption bulbs that takes time to light up properly. There are no power plugs in the bathroom. The freezer does not have door handle that It's difficult to open it. There was no cutting board for cooking. The quality of the matress was bad, you can feel the bed springs in your back while you are sleeping. The lights of the living room are constantly on, that is not nice while you go to the bedroom to sleep because It's bright.
