  Awful stay- cockroaches in the bathroom and bedroom

  Liked: The apartment looked decent and was spacious.

  Disliked: Unfortunately, we had a very disappointing experience. We found a cockroach on our first night and another the following morning, which raised serious hygiene concerns and made us feel uncomfortable staying in the apartment. The host was dismissive of our concerns and unwilling to provide a reasonable solution. When he came to check us out earlier, he came through the door with so much aggression. This was scary especially the fact that we were 3 girls and felt really uncomfortable with the interaction. Sandros was an awful person to deal with. The cleanliness and customer service were both far below expectations, and the experience completely ruined our stay. Please make sure to ask for receipt when you give the deposit in cash ( which is absolutely ridiculous btw). He threatened to take our deposit cause he blamed us for bringing cockroaches into apartment, which is absurd. How do we bring a cockroach in the second day?! I would not recommend this property until the hygiene issues are properly addressed.

  Overall was very good, the host is very nice and everything went smoothly

  Disliked: There weren't any towels to dry the hands or a bath mat, There weren't also some cooking basics like salt pepper and olive oil.
