  Liked: Wonderful obliging helpful staff Everything was clearly explained to us

  Good value

  Liked: The quality of the drinks for an all inclusive was high. Pool area and pool bar lovely. Bar and restaurant staff nice and helpful.

  Disliked: Not very cheerful reception staff. Cold swimming pool. Food was often cold.

  Liked: The swimming pool and gardens were lovely but the actual site seems to be like a B&B/ hostel

  Disliked: Only a 4 start hotel due to the swimming pool, this is a B&B/ hostel without the swimming pool. Food was very average!

  Great value for money

  Liked: The layout of the hotel suited me, the size of the pool area and surrounding gardens were perfect for shade when needed. Staff are excellent, very obliging and also you can have a bit of banter with them.

  Disliked: This is out of the control of the hotel but the flies drove me bonkers around at the pool area during the day but this also was the same for others at different hotels. I do think the roads around the hotel could be better lit as they can be very dark. Finally the food wasn't consistent over the nights, weekends always had a better selection for breakfast, lunch & dinner than on week days.
