  Modern, gorgeous and clean place..but will not rebook due to inconvenience of key pick up

  Liked: The place was gorgeous, modern and clean and the rooms on the main floor had great soundproofing.

  Disliked: Picking up the keys was a pain. Picking up the keys was a hassle because we arrived at night and had a crying baby with us that needed to sleep. So driving 5 mins (OR more than 30min walk) away from the hotel just to pick up keys would break this deal for rebooking. If you didn't have a car, prepare to walk 30minutes there and another 30minutes back. Otherwise, prepare to fork out additional money for UBER/Taxi. Also there wasn't a hair dryer (even though it was listed on the property description) at the property. When we contacted the owner, the owner said we would have drive out to pick it up from them at where we picked up the keys. We decided not to make the drive and just slept with wet hair since it was a hassle to drive there.

  We didnt expect a country stay but we did hope the sound proofing would help

  Liked: the property is decorated to a high standard and was as exactly as pictured. Lots of space for a large family to explore and relax in.

  Disliked: Was about an hour drive from the airport. The down stairs bathroom has a very strong smell of sewage - no air freshner could compete with. The up stairs bathroom started to smell of urine half way through the week - regular cleaning of the floor beside the toilet did help but didnt put this smell away totally. The property is in the centre of the town across from a play park and the hustle and bustle of the busy town. The recycle bins that are at the side of the property and that all residents use get emptied late at night and there is two street stanks situated at the back of the property to which you hear every car go over it at all times. It is states the property has sound proofing but you do hear everything. The parking is on street for free if there is space outside the property - which is a tight road and you have to park really close to the walls of the outside of the properties. There is also paid parking at a car park across from the property at a cost per day as stated. There is a reason why there are no outside pictures of the property - due to where is it situated.

  My stay at Villa Almeda was excellent

  Liked: It was amazing very clean and well kept after, new and Morden perfect 👍

  Disliked: Sometimes the hot water was abit hit and miss and the electrics sometimes was tripping, however the villa was exceptional
