  Liked: Great location for exploring the island, just a short distance to the surf beach and surf rental shops. The accommodation and apartment amenities matched the description and photos and met our expectations. The only thing is that the street-facing room gets a bit noisy from traffic at times, and the other room faces the countryside where wild roosters crow in the morning—though that's obviously not the accommodation's fault. On the bright side, it gets you up early so you can be among the first tourists at the island's popular spots.

  Ok but cold and humid as the weather

  Liked: Convenient, calm, well located to discover the island, easy parking in the street

  Disliked: The weather was cold and wet and so was the apartment, with one 1 mobile heating we were changing room depending on the one we were using and being above a garage didn’t help heating the atmosphere. Maybe we should have asked for an extra heating.

  Liked: The apartment is located in Reveira Seca, a very central part in the island so everything is 40 minutes max by car. Everything was clean and comfortable when we arrived, and the apartment has all of the equipment needed to live. It even has a nice balcony:) It is a great value for money.

  Liked: Nice and convenient location. The apartment is big and confortable, the bathroom is also big and well equipped. Beds are confortable. Washing machine and dryer available are a plus.

  Disliked: Sheets were not superclean. Lots of mosquitos and no mosquito nets on the french doors, that could not be left open at night (thus it was hot and there is no air conditioning). For the price paid, kitchen equipment is very basic (for instance, there are only 4 unmatched glasses and cups, no wine glasses, few pans, etc. No oil, salt, sugar available). It is plenty if roosters in the back yard, that wakes you up from 3am (not a responsibility of the host, but still quite disturbing). We had recurring problems with the hot water (probably due to low water pression, the hot water heater not always got started).
