Fabulous
Liked: We spent 1 week in one of the 2 houses (casa da bilha). The house was well located in a quiet neighbourhood, not far from all the places of interest (so to say «in the middle of the island»). The place is big and perfect for 2 people (in fact there are 2 bedrooms), clean, well furnished. There is a big patio outside in the back of the house with ocean view. Several restaurants and shops are close (better to have a car though). Our host Raquel was very helpful, she gave us plenty of tips before our arrival and stayed ready to help if necessary. The place was perfect, all we were expecting. We would definitely recommend it.
Lovely cottage in a very quiet neighbourhood
Liked: We loved our stay at Vacas Felizes Villas. The cottage is situated in a quiet neighbourhood with lovely views to the sea and the adjacent horse and cow meadows. It is well equipped (with everything you might need in a kitchen) and well-thought-out (we really appreciatred that there were so many clothes hooks in all the rooms:-)). The hosts are very attentive and responsive and offered us a free cleaning (+ towel and linen change) in the middle of our stay (we stayed here for 10 days). Much appreciated! Thank you again for everything. We definitely will come back here one day.
Very pleasant stay in a small house with everything you need and a beautiful view!
Liked: The location next to Santa Barbara beach. The kindness of the host and cleanliness of the place.
Disliked: A certain musty smell due to dampness, but this gets better once the rooms have been aired.
Nice cottage for people that want to stay outside the town
Liked: quiet at night.
Disliked: Moldy or humid smell. Remote from everywhere.
