  Liked: Fabulous location, lovely walks from the front door. Really big apartment that had everything that we needed. Amazing views from the balcony and windows. We loved the sauna, (pool is cold, so lovely addition at end of Oct)you need to tell reception that you want to use it, and they will get someone to switch it on, it takes 15 min to heat, closes at 6. Sagres is definitely worth visiting.

  Disliked: Thin walls, we could here next door neighbors. Our room wasn't ready till about 17.00, even though we had asked them if it was ok to park our vehicle in their car park at 12.30. I know they say they will text you when your room is ready, but I assumed that meant that they would inform you if it was ready earlier than 16.00 (pretty late check in compared to most hotels that I've stayed in anyway!) I think if I'd realised that the room wouldn't be ready until 5, I would probably booked a different hotel. Everything else was lovely though.

  Exceptional place to finish the Fisherman's Trail

  Liked: Practically everything!!!! The apartments were clean and very spacious. The bed was large and comfortable and the bedroom had plenty of storage space. The kitchen area was well appointed. We were on the ground floor, but still had a balcony that looked into the pool area. The facilities that we used were very good. The pool wasn't huge but it was very welcome after a days walking. It, like everything else in the hotel, was spotlessly clean. There was a good number of sun loungers and even a couple of hammock style loungers. The staff were always very attentive, chatty, helpful and polite.

  Disliked: There was nothing negative about our stay.
