  Hostel with bunks and private room wit a great salt water pool

  Liked: Ginny greeted me when I arrived and showed me around the property. It has everything you need including a washer and dryer that uses an app. I stayed in the female dormitory bunk room, there was only two of us and the bunks are very large with locked drawers for you belongings. Everything was very clean and well taken care of. They even got me a beer before the bar was open.

  Disliked: Location is just down the street from hectic beach area and not a lot of restaurant choices. I managed to find a very good Indian restaurant.

  Liked: Large dorms but not overcrowded. Breakfast gave good start to each day.launfry facility and washing lines helpful. Clean and modern hostel based around surfing.

  Great hostel for young surfers, very sociable

  Liked: Staff very friendly and helpful, a bar, showers, bunkbeds with curtains for privacy, power socket by the bed, lockers, great location.

  Disliked: Loud music outside until 9:30pm, breakfast buffet starts too late (8:45). For hikers of the Fisherman's trail I don't recommend this hostel. For surfers great.

  Liked: Good breakfast included, friendly staff, and great surfing lessons (organized by Sandy Surfing School — Miguel and Xavier are both great teachers!). I love that the hostel has a spacious common area, its own large kitchen, a swimming pool with a chill-out area, and a yoga space. The supermarket is also conveniently located just a short walk from the hostel!

  Disliked: I appreciate the cleaners’ efforts to keep the area clean. However, sometimes, especially before check-out, the bathrooms - especially toilets- were splashed with water all over the floor. This made taking a shower or using the shared toilets a bit difficult. Perhaps they could adjust the cleaning schedule to avoid these issues in the morning when people want to take a shower and get ready before the check out. That said, I understand that they have a large area to maintain, and I appreciate their hard work! I would also suggest washing the blue blankets in the dorms regularly!

Good to know

When booking 2 or more beds, the property cannot guarantee that they are in the same dormitory. For reservations in dormitories, bed linen and duvet are included, while towels can be rented at the reception for EUR 3.5 each. There is a security deposit of EUR 10 for the towel. All reservations in the dormitories include one timed shower per day. Additional showers can be purchased for EUR 1 per shower. Please note that children can only be accommodated in the private rooms. Children are not allowed in the dormitories.In the event of an early departure, the property will charge you the full amount for your stay.
