Exceptional
Liked: The property was better than I expected. The friendly donkey was a hit with the kids! Pool and lighting looked great, even if the weather was too cold for us to jump in! I read a negative review about the car park being a long walk away, so I packed differently to allow for a hike but it was just a one minute walk down a driveway! We often head to the area for go karting so I think this will now become our regular stop over location
Liked: The access and surroundings are excellent, as well as the pool and facilities. Very quiet and relaxing. We even get peacocks visiting us once in a while.
Fantastic place to stay
Liked: What a lovely place to stay near Santarem! We absolutely loved it!!! I had no idea about the animals in the farm too, we loved seeing the donkeys and the peacock! Sitting by the pool in the evening was also so nice!!!
Seen better days
Liked: The villa was well equipped and thd beds were comfortable.
Disliked: The villa smelled terribly of mould & damp. There was black mould in the pool so we didn't use it. The grassed area around the pool was very boggy. The wardeobe door in the one of the bedrooms was broken and unusable. Sadly the villa does not seem to have had much love and has been better days.

Liked: We stayed in Country House Villa for 7 days. Maria and her husband were warm and welcoming and suggested places we might like to visit. ( Obidos is well worth a day trip). The little house had everything we needed and the courtyard and the pool area were wonderful areas to relax in.
