Liked: Beautiful old house with tall ceilings and authentic wood floors.

Disliked: The only small downside is the lack of soundproofing.
Liked: Met by a lovely owner who explained everything about the accommodation. It was very clean, quiet and had an excellent location just off main street. I would highly recommend this property for a restful night while in Viana Do Castelo.
Don't let the low price fool you
Liked: Location can't be beat, funicular and historic district all right there, restaraunts a stones throw away, price is fantastic, 13 ft ceilings, parking in a gated space. Joanna the host is fantastic and helpful and personable.
Disliked: Nitpicking, walk in shower is on the small side, no easily accessible power outlet directly by bed
