Liked: Beautiful, beautiful property, dating back from the 1700s and kept in the family for all these generations. The owners Cecilia and Cristiano run this estate with their two beautiful children. The grounds are immaculate with a thick carpet of grass. It was too late for me to swim but my feet were hurting from the Camino so I put them into the pool then walked barefoot in the grass. Mini massage! There is an outdoor and indoor kitchen where you can prepare your meals. Restaurants are not very close, but you can Uber a meal over if you haven't come prepared. Cristiano makes his own wine and you can see the vineyard behind the pool. Wine is sold on an honour system. Breakfast was prepared by Cecilia and it was delicious. This was one of the best stays I had on the Camino and I would return in a heartbeat. Thank you Cecilia and Cristiano for a lovely stay.

Disliked: Because this home is built with thick stones, it tends to be cold. I was slightly cold during the night and I didn't know how to turn on the heater.

    Amazing Vineyard retreat B&B

Liked: Entering through the gates of the property after walking in to the area on the Camino was a very pleasant surprise. The yard and gardens were beautiful and the pool inviting on a very hot day. The hosts were wonderful people and the room they provided us in an out building of their restored 18th century farm, now vineyards, was exceptional. A covered veranda on a fully equipped “cook house” on the property allowed us to enjoy the late afternoon and evening and make a meal for ourselves in the gardens. Breakfast was excellent. With homemade preserves and local produce.
