Exceptional
Liked: The hotel's structure is very good and in very good taste. The whole restaurant side, breakfast and dinner, is great, and the food is excellent.
Disliked: We had an issue with flies throughout the hotel. It was truly infested with flies, and no action was taken that actually solved the problem. Another thing: there are shops in the hotel, which is great, but I found everything very black, white, gray, and monochromatic. In a beach hotel with such a colorful setting and excellent decor, the shops could offer products and clothing that are much more colorful and in line with the hotel's concept.
Liked: location was perfect. a perfect hotel for families with children. The restaurant offers excellent food.

Disliked: Bed wasn’t properly made my the cleaning staff, Room wasn’t properly cleaned. Staff (was always trying to make the less effort. Specially at the reception. Massage wasn’t anything special. Value for price totally not worth it. Most of the staff they were treating costumers as if they were doing something against their will or even like they were doing a favor or something. The only one professional and available for costumers needs and requests was Andre from the breakfast team.

Disliked: Staff - the hotel restaurant feels more like a school canteen than a restaurant. The queuing for tables and the angry school teacher attitude of the person allocating tables makes this an unpleasant experience. If you had a choice you wouldn’t eat at that restaurant twice. But you don’t have a choice. Other than leaving early. Which we did.
