Fabulous!!!
Liked: Super friendly hosts and a wonderful place in all aspects! Excellent breakfast and we had a delicious 4 course dinner with ocean caught seabass as main course. Best ever seabass! Mysterious garden and beautiful surroundings. Highly recommended!!!!

Elegant, characterful, luxurious and welcoming place
Liked: Such a beautiful place, with friendly thoughtful hosts, and lovely buildings with decor that perfectly matched their antiquity and character. Honestly, the nicest stay I have had through booking.com and I have had many dozens. The dinner we had there was both delicious and beautiful - the table setting looked like a painting, there was lots of food and it was freshly prepared and very tasty and imaginative. The pool was lovely, with a dark blue pool interior, velvety water and a nice outlook. The terraced garden is informal and dotted with statuary and has views from the top and shady places to sit. The proprietors give us a sense of the history of the place, which is on the Portuguese Camino route. From a practical point of view, the supermarket was 850 yards away, and an uber to central Viana was about 4 euros.

Liked: Magical grounds to explore, comfortable rooms with excellent amenities, rich history to learn about, very friendly owners and staff. Felt like staying at a relatives far more than at a hotel.

Liked: Room was as described and the location was quiet. We had requested to have dinner on the day of our arrival. The meal was outstanding! José tour and information about the history of the Quinta was very interesting! We were there end of season and I can imagine how beautiful the gardens are in spring and summer.
