  Although the place was modern and spacious, it have issues!

  Liked: It was large and spacious. Good for a family of 4. There are various places within the property to relax and enjoy

  Disliked: There is a foul mouldy smell always present and you have to open all windows for comfort! I later found out it could be the leaky shower in the main bedroom. No air conditioner made the nights uncomfortable. I found cockroaches and other creepy crawlers on different occasions.

  Liked: It is relly spacious apartment.

  Disliked: There was a strong smell, probably from poor ventilation. It took at least four days to get rid of it. It wasn’t very bright.

  The Azores is a wonderful place, I'm going back next year. Facility - even 11 points:)

  Liked: Mrs Elisabete waited until 2:30am for us to come over, standing outside the house and waving as we drove up to the accommodation from the airport. It was very nice. The flat is perfectly clean, situated in a very convenient location from where it is close to everywhere on the island. After leaving the flat, we were able to store our luggage in the innkeeper's garage and peacefully spend the day exploring without worrying about suitcases (the plane left at 7:20pm). Close to the shop, close to the four beaches, parking under the building.

  Disliked: The only minor comment was the lack of towel rails in the bathrooms (the kind by the mirror), and only single electrical sockets by the beds - you had to choose between a bedside lamp and charging your smartphone. But these are really minor things. And so a great rating.

  Spacious with a great host

  Liked: The host was excellent. Extremely responsive and helpful. The wood fire bbq space in the back was very nice.

  Disliked: Couldn't close the bathroom door fully as it couldn't be opened from the inside.
