Exceptional
Relaxing stay, superb location, lovely house
Liked: The location is just amazing, situated on the hillside looking down on the river. The garden is lovely, with a friendly neighbourhood cat that loves to say hi. The house is very complete. Beach at walking distance with a nice, affordable restaurant.
Disliked: The barking dogs can indeed be a bit of a disturbance at night. If you make sure the windows are shut and the AC is on, the noise is kept to a minimum.
Liked: Spacious house, beautiful garden, nice cat welcoming us!
Disliked: The insects: big and nasty, even if it’s nature’s game.
Liked: The house and the garden are so beautiful. We enjoyed the bbq as the garden. Location is perfect for getting to all the parts of the island.

Liked: great house, comfortable beds and sofa, fully equipped kitchen (toaster, dolce gusto, microwave), bathroom with shower, fast wifi, big tv, AC in bedrooms and living room, nice garden (great to have breakfast there), parking place across the street, good location for island trips, few minutes by car to Pingo doce super market, pizzeria Panzarotti, Lua do Sul, amazing jogging across the ocean, nice Pedreira beach and Segredo waterfall close to the house, helpful owner, we can highly recommend
Disliked: yeah, there are cockroaches but we got used to it, if you consider the house is built in the middle of forest with high moisture everywhere, it’s a normal thing here
We never wanted to leave!
Liked: It was incredibly clean, beautiful, comfortable, and the location was great-5 minute walk from the beach and 1 minute walk from a gorgeous waterfall and pond. Also lots of helpful details like extra towels, a clothesline, guide books, and a friendly cat ☺️
Disliked: Liked it all

Disliked: If some one is not dog lover, barking at night will be an issue
