Liked: - the private parking spot - the view

Disliked: - the motorway noise in the background, the property is ~300m away from the motorway - the kitchenette equipment leaves a lot of room for the improvement, especially the pan asks for replacement - poor ventilation - even with the shades pulled down the appartment after the sunny day becomes stuffy - the pool was not available - the squeaky bed

  Beautiful view

Liked: We had a wonderful stay! The host met us at the location and gave us a briefing of the area which we really appreciated. The accomodations was modern, clean and all prepared for us. Althogh a bit small it worked for the 4 of us. The most captivating part was the view! An absolutely breathing view of the island, especially Islote de Vila Franca. We would caution however if someone is challenged with stairs, there were a lot of them to get to our suite, so carrying the luggage up and down was a workout.

Comfortable stay in a quiet rural setting with easy access to attractions, restaurants, and shopping

Liked: Great view from the patio. Excellent location for getting around the island. Close to a very good grocery store. Lots of room. Very comfortable.

Disliked: The hot tub was not in service.

We had a present stay, and the host Pedro was very pleased and helpful

Liked: Comfy, sunny place, with great view

Disliked: There were some minor inconveniences through our stay. The internet went down couple of times, but was promptly restored by the owner. We booked this place because it had fireplace (we thought we could enjoy in the evening) wasn’t allowed to use due the fact that there were painting works done on the house. The workers were in the our yard during daytime with access to the house while we were out. The most terrifying thing was that the heavy painting that was hanging on the wall in the bedroom fell down on the pillows (thankfully while we were out and not in our sleep).

Liked: Pedro was amazing. Communication was great. He contacted me before, asking what time we would arrive by. Very accommodating. Place is quiet. Beautiful scenery from the balcony.
