  we had booked an event at the casino which is a short walk from the hotel and we only stayed 1 night

  Liked: Breakfast:- good variety and very good in relation to price, Room:- was great again in relation to price, Pool:- area was great we did use the sunbeds but did not venture into the out door pool as it was cold (to be expected at the end of October)

  Disliked: The indoor pool was not included and would be an additional €17 per day per person

  Nice place pokey room

  Disliked: The room was pokey with a small window at high level that could not alloq looking out.

  Poor value for money

  Liked: Good location Nice gym (although you pay extra to use it) Nice cabanas by the pool

  Disliked: The price point for what you got was extremely poor value for money. The room had the price tag of a 4 star hotel without the amenities. 2 single beds pushed together, no iron, tiny fridge with no mini bar options, lots of the lights didn’t work or flickered on and off, some plugs didn’t work Room often wasn’t cleaned when we’d been out all day and got back at 3/4pm. Staff in general were not accommodating and lacked any hospitality e.g: ignoring us at the pool bar trying to order drinks or taking bottles of water away from us at breakfast. The guests very much seemed like an inconvenience to everyone working at the hotel Overall it is a shame as we don’t leave reviews but felt this hotel really let us down

Please note that Half board rates on December 25th will incur a mandatory Christmas Gala supplement of EUR 90 per person, and Half board rates on December 31st will incur a mandatory New Year's Gala supplement of EUR 150 per person.

Please be aware that the minimum age for access to the Alma Spa is 16 years old.

Children aged 4 to 11 years who are not using diapers may use the Spa between 10:30 and 13:30, subject to a surcharge of EUR 7.50 per 90 minutes.

For guests aged 12 years and above, the price for Spa access is EUR 17.50 per 90 minutes.

Please note that reservations of more than 7 rooms are subject to different policies.
