  Pleasant stay in Vilamoura

Liked: - Apartment was very nice and clean. Has all the facilities you need to cook, clean, laundry, iron etc. Great for a family of 4. - 2 big balconies, you have the sun all day. - Quiet area, 2 restaurants downstairs and a bar. - The pool is shared and was amazing. Few people there and it’s huge and very deep.

Disliked: - Check in information was not shared beforehand, only after I arrived I had to call and then it was send via email. - Also I booked for 3 people and only had towels for 2. So all in all, the stay was not properly prepared for us.

Great quiet area. Would be perfect if you have a car

Liked: Great beds, quiet, dark for sleeping, perfect sunny balconies!! Air fryer. The host quickly responded and fixed the few small things that was missing. Super nice experience. 2 keys was nice and important for us.

Disliked: All in all a very nice place! Chairs and sofa was uncomfortable and there was no door handles to the toilet. So you could easily lock yourself inside.

Good location but not worth the money

  Liked: The location was great.

Disliked: The sofa bed isn’t confortable. It was not ready on arrival. One of the linens for the bed was stained, not properly washed. The apartment was a bit untidy.

Terrible Experience – No Support from Owner

Disliked: The day after check-in, the owner of apartment 2B showed us a serious water leak coming from our bathroom into his, even through the ceiling light, which had short-circuited. He shut off our water completely to stop the flooding. When I contacted the apartment owner for help, she refused to take responsibility. Instead, she told me to turn the water back on and keep using the bathroom — despite the ongoing leak and electrical risk — and even pushed me to argue with the neighbor myself. We had no access to water or toilet with two small children and had to leave and stay with relatives. If the owner were a decent and responsible person, she would compensate us for the rent. Totally unacceptable experience. Avoid this place.
