  Perfect for our stay

  Liked: Good sized apartment in a very central location. Close to both Quateria and Villamoura. Fully stocked kitchen and big balcony. Owners were very accommodating with an early check in.

  Disliked: I would have liked some beach towels. We only had two bath towels and as there was no foam mattress for the sun loungers we had to use them. Some washing machine detergent would be good also as this is not something you will buy for a week's stay. No extra bin bags so we had to use our own. Bed mattress was a bit hard.

  good location and thats it

  Liked: The location was great,a close walk to the marina and the beach. The apartment was a good size and had modern appliances. Modern tvs in the apartment with all apps for streaming.

  Disliked: The apartment is located beside some sort of abandoned/closed down hotel, and it is quite grim when you arrive, nor does it look like a safe area. It was quite noisy outside some nights. No one comes to meet you when you arrive and everything is done through a lockbox which is not exactly welcoming. The Garden is not maintained and the pool is empty even though this would make the property facilities far better. The apartment was well in need of some decorating and a proper cleaning. loads of marks and cracks on the walls throughout the apartment.We stayed in the apartment for 7 days, and i was quite disappointed. We only found out after two days that there were no cleaners coming as there was none being provided. The apartments are only cleaned after 7 day stays as advised by the owner, not sure how that makes sense.No fresh towels or sheets provided throughout the whole stay, but this could be done at an extra charge.. The owner noted that there was a washing machine provided you were expected to do this yourself. This was incredibly frustrating. There is also nothing provided for any of the appliances i.e coffee machine with no pods.The air-conditioning in the room was incredibly noisy and would continually wake us during the night and didn't work properly either when cooling the room, it was boiling most nights. The bathroom door wouldn't lock and was all water damaged from the walk in shower overflowing in the past. All the silicone on the shower door was full of dirt/mould. We lost water in the apartment for a day which was extremely inconvenient as we were going to a wedding party. The neighbours were incredibly nosey sticking there head over the balcony for a look into our apartment. All the sunbeds on the balcony were disgusting and you were expected to put your only 2 towels provided on them.
