  Could have been better

  Liked: The location was great, pool area was nice when the broken sunbeds were removed.

  Disliked: The bathroom facilities are poor.

  Beautiful garden and the pool is lovely

  Liked: A beautiful villa in lovely grounds. A lovely spacious garden and pool. Plenty of space for our extended family holiday.

  Disliked: The kitchen equipment would benefit from a major upgrade. Some tens are not fit for purpose and I communicated that to the hosts again this year. Cushions on some of the outdoor furniture also need replacing.

  Amazing stay in beautiful spacious villa

  Liked: Villa was to an exceptional standard. Spacious and plenty of room for 6 adults and 1 child. Modern clean furnishings. About 15min walk from quarteria or a 5 min uber. 5min uber ride to marina also. Parking for a car outside - We all felt secure and safe in the area. Plenty of seating both indoor and outdoor. Bbq facilities were great and used well during our stay. 1 bedroom downstairs + 1 bathroom 3 bedrooms upstairs, 1 bathroom + 1 room is an ensuite. Plenty of crockery with everything you would need (apart from baking trays for the oven which seemed odd?!) - numerous plates, bowls, assortment of glasses, serving trays alongside equipment such as kettle, toaster, oven, microwave, washing machine, 2 large fridges. Had an issue with boiler which was fixed very quickly. Air con worked great and kept the villa cool despite 30c heat somedays. 3 sets of keys which made it easy for us to come and go. Balconies overlooking the garden in 2 of the rooms.

  Disliked: No cleaning products left for us to keep the place clean- such as washing up liquid, soap, bin bags, sponges, kitchen roll. Would be good to leave these things rather than having to go out and buy them (luckily we had a car). No condiments either for cooking (wasn't expected but would be nice) eg. salt, pepper, oils etc - be prepared to buy it all! Upstairs ensuite shower runs hot and cold but no big deal really. 4 sunloungers- might be nice to add a few more! That is just me being picky now! Amazing villa and amazing stay. Thank you.

  Excellent stay prefect for a family holiday

  Liked: Pool area and spacious inside. Air conditioning in every bedroom. Good bbq area

  Disliked: Lack of plastic glasses plates etc for outside dining. Parasol blew over twice.

  Lovely villa, substandard service

  Liked: Great size, great location, outdoor area was fantastic.

  Disliked: There was no gas or hot water for 2 of our 5 days - we reported this immediately and sent videos to the agency. Telling us to just try again and then go silent when told this wasn't working was a shocking level of service. We were unable to cook and had no hot water for 2 days. We were using this villa to prepare for a wedding and having no hot water to shower for the entire groom's family was quite stressful. The level of communication and service in fixing this issue was far below what you would expect, particularly given the amount paid to rent this villa.
