Disliked: I had a personal problem and they give 2€ for the room when y paid 120€
Good location. Out of the city. But walkable to the City
Liked: Breakfast buffet awesome. Included champagne.
Disliked: I had dinner at the restaurant. It took too long to get served. I was walking the Camino, and I really would have liked something a little faster. But it was very good.

Barely a 2 star hotel with deceiving photos
Liked: The pool was nice.
Disliked: Terrible price to quality ratio. Spa was in the basement - accessed through the service corridors. Under staffed, not clean. Had it been a third the cost I wouldn’t be complaining.
Could be a gem. Great location, just way off the Camino vibe!
Liked: Beautiful hotel. Good pool. Good food. Good rooms. OK breakfast.
Disliked: Some very strange policies. Big room deposits / water in room 15€ / wine purchased in bar cannot be taken to dinner / slow service at the bar / cannot pay cash for dinner ….. graffiti on path outside the hotel says s**t hotel. A bit unfair, but you can see why.
This hotel had everything we needed and we really enjoyed our stay
Liked: The breakfast buffet was good. The pool was very nice. The spa facilities were a plus. We were in walking distance to the town center and that was a lovely walk. The beach was easy to get to but required a lot of walking, which was fine for us. This location was perfect. The front desk staff was very helpful and the pool bar staff was very nice.
Disliked: We were bummed that the Spa did not have someone to do certain services during our visit, but we understand they were out sick.

Please note that the Candle Spa is open daily from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM and from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM.
Children up to 10 years of age may only use the Kids Spa when accompanied by an adult, between 8:00 AM and 12:00 PM and between 3:00 PM and 7:00 PM.
Each room is entitled to use the spa facilities for 50 minutes per day.
