Our room was absolutely amazing – beautiful, spacious and full of character – and the private terrace was just perfect

Really bad due to reception staff. Ruined a very expensive experience
Disliked: One of reception staff ruined both mornings. Angry at breakfast first day. Then so pompous and abrupt about VIP? guest waiting for my room at 12?! Check out. Evening staff zen.

Great staff in a boutique hotel
Liked: Boutique guest house which was so cute and comfortable. Very friendly staff and wonderful pool, garden area to relax in. Breakfast was excellent and served by wonderful staff.
Liked: Beautiful hotel, 4star equivalent, with a fantastic restaurant noted in the Michelin Guide. Helpful and friendly staff, great breakfast, lovely room. Cannot praise this hotel enough.

1 April until 31 October: 09:30-14:00 and 17:30-21:30
A surcharge of €25 applies for arrivals after check-in hours. All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property.
Please note that the wellness center is open only on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays during the low season.
If during your stay the client for personal reasons or any other reason must shorten their stay in Mikasa, they will have to pay 100% of the total reservation.
