  Anniversary stay

  Liked: Location, facilities, equipment and cleanliness.

  Disliked: Lift was out of action which we were not told about until arriving. Also no local information about restaurants etc not opening on a Monday.

She is incredibly helpful, flexible, and genuinely caring, always going above and beyond to make sure everything is perfect. Her local recommendations were spot on — from amazing places to eat to great shopping and must-see spots, every suggestion exceeded our expectations. You can really feel how much she loves what she does and how much she wants her guests to have the best experience possible. The apartment itself is immaculate, beautifully maintained, and in a perfect location. Just cross the street and you’re right on the promenade and at the beach — it couldn’t be more convenient.
