Very good
Pretty hotel, but if you need WiFi, make that clear when you book
Liked: The building is lovely and the location is nice, somewhere between the quiet old center and the more bustling main road and river. The view out the window was gorgeous, a nice think to wake up to.
Disliked: The WiFi was basically non-existent, maybe 5 minutes out of a 2-night stay. I had to go down to the cafeteria if I wanted any WiFi (if any really important work stuff needs to be done, that would be a real problem). I don't think a hotel can advertise itself as having WiFi if some of the rooms (ours was far away from the router, it was explained to me) have none. The room was on the chilly side.
Hotel restaurant closed
Liked: Hotel room with a view was wonderful. Staff very helpful with the language barrier being no problem to them.
Disliked: Arrived after a long drive hoping for a meal in the hotel restaurant to be told that the restaurant is closed on Monday & Tuesdays which was disappointing as this is not mentioned on booking.com. We were though directed to another restaurant up the hill.
Liked: Pleasant and helpful receptionist on arrival. Location and view.
Disliked: Waitress at breakfast - terrible. No tonic in bar for second day Rather gloomy bar/ lounge filled with bicycles
