  Beautiful hotel, but no facilities

  Liked: Room and staff

  Disliked: No cafe/bar/restaurant when we booked we were misinformed. We should have been told it was all closed. No atmosphere at all. Walking is difficult at the moment so not very happy!

  Spectacularly clean room, no nasty cushions

  Liked: Immaculate white bed linen, easy on-street parking very close to the hotel. Super-clean.

  Disliked: The tea tray had two sachets of mint tea. No coffee, no milk. The cafeteria was closed.
