  Madrid break

Liked: The hotel was in a good location for us with parking. On arrival the staff were very helpful. The room was roomy and airy and very clean with excellent service by the room staff everyday. Breakfast and dinner what more did you need nothing it was excellent and the staff also excellent.

Disliked: The reception staff that on at different time were not very helpful, to the point that I felt they didn't to get up of their seat, shame on them.
