  Liked: All receptionists were really kind and helpful. Air conditioner in room was broken but after I informed, they immediately fixed. It was cleaned and breakfast was enough.

  Disliked: Location wasn’t best due to access restaurant and public transportation but it wasn’t big problem.

  Not the best time

  Liked: The beds were comfortable and the room was clean.

  Disliked: The staff weren't always available. The air-conditioning didn't work. The room was so hot. I didn't say anything at the time because I wasn't there the 1st night and by the time I arrived on the 2nd night it was late enough that it didn't matter. We had to leave in the 2nd day to keep from being so hot. My husband didn't want to complain so I'm doing it now. It has been fine before.

  Disappointed

  Liked: Cleanliness was good

  Disliked: We stayed at this hotel last November with our dog and it was amazing. Our dog was allowed to sit beneath our breakfast table. He is an extremely well behaved dog and absolutely no trouble. But this year when we stayed 20/08/26 it was very different. We were not permitted to have breakfast with our dog anywhere even on a table outside on the terrace!! Our dog could not be left in the room as he is very nervous and would bark. Instead I had breakfast alone whilst my husband sat outside with the dog. We felt very let down and disappointed. Therefore I have just cancelled our next stay there on 28th October and I will not be staying again. Please can you not advertise this hotel as dog friendly if it is not. As dog owners we are very respectful of hotels and understand the policy, but this was just not dog friendly enough. I feel this should be mentioned on booking.com before booking!!
