  Its a nice place with Spanish vibe, helps to relax, we enjoyed the holiday

  Liked: Location, everything was clean and tidy, fully equipped kitchen, all the basic stuff you need. We really enjoyed our stay! The location was perfect — in a quiet part of town, close to the more peaceful beaches with plenty of nature, and away from the hustle and bustle of the town centre. There’s also a Spar supermarket nearby with everything you need, which was very convenient. The host was very flexible with check-in and kindly allowed us to arrive a little earlier, which really helped us settle in and relax. We also loved the apartment itself and the charming inner courtyard overlooking the windows. It had such an authentic Spanish vibe, which made the whole holiday feel even more special. Overall, the accommodation and the communication with the host made our stay feel relaxed and enjoyable. It’s a great place to slow down, unwind, and truly enjoy your holidays. We would happily stay here again!

  Disliked: if you stay for more then week you have to pay for electricity. this is little strange:)

  Disliked: I came to the apartment with my friend who helped me with my things. We both noticed immediately the cracks on the TV screen, bur the TV set worked properly, so I thought the cracks have been there a long time. After I had left the apartment, the host sent me a message, that he will charge me for the cracks. This host`s actions should be investigated as I did not cause the cracks!!! Also, the money he charged from me should be returned to my account as soon as possible. So, everyone who reads this message: be careful with this male host operating from al Andalus. Seemed to be a nice guy, but the truth proved to be something else!

Please inform APCOSTAS - Marino Las Fuentes in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.

A damage deposit of EUR 150 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.

Please note that late check-in after 20:00 carries the following extra charges:

- From 20:00 to 22:00: EUR 25,00

- From 22:00 to 00:00: EUR 50,00

Check-in after 00:00 is not possible.

Please note that the use of air conditioning is optional and comes at a charge of EUR 10 per day.

Please note that bed linen are not included in the room rate. Guests can rent them at the property or bring their own.

A deposit may be required at the property.
