Excellent location, extremely friendly and helpful staff
Liked: Perfect location in Alicante, connected to the airport by bus, and to Benidorm by tram. In front of the market, and in walking distance to the castle, beach, etc. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful.
Disliked: The view from the room was not spectacular, but OK, I knew that.
Liked: The beds were super quality and comfortable, super close to both the tram and bus stops, short walk to the castle and beach.
Disliked: The staff were lovely but It seemed like they were short staffed and our room had been rushed, we arrived at 2.45, the room was missing bath towels and bath mat, loo brush missing, the tea and coffee hadn't been restocked, which was delt with promptly, but then they n the morning we realised that out of the two plug sockets only one worked so my phone hadn't recharged.just not ideal.
