  Comfortable, value for money and typical Spanish cooking

  Liked: The modern style built into a very old building really works. The restaurant is worth a visit alone. The owner is a super interesting guy.

  Disliked: It’s a bit off the Camino but worth a short taxi ride from Xunquiera.

  Closed restaurant and poor access

  Liked: Not very much - not the easiest to find and access ( stone steps)

  Disliked: Poor communication- despite specifically asking about the restaurant we received no response until the afternoon of our arrival saying it was closed. We only booked it because it had a restaurant and was in a remote location so needed to be open. On check-in we were given food would be available next day - in the event there was nothing. Very disappointing stay.

  Liked: Fantastic experience in a great place, and restaurant. I want to highlight that, in particular, my wife (who is celiac) enjoyed her time considering the special care and the way that she was protected by the place’s owner through a special menu prepare to her. Casa Rural Vilaboa, thank you very much. For sure we will return.
